This lovely apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the Navigli and Darsena district. Located on the second floor of an elegant Milanese apartment building with an elevator, the apartment offers a spacious and bright environment.
• THE SPACE
Pragmatism is the concept of this apartment: we have an open-space, consisting of a large island kitchen with induction hob, sink, two stools and modern refrigerator. The brightness given by the large windows contributes to the brightness of the living room, in which there is a comfortable four-seaters sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Of course, you will find cupboards and shelves in which you can store personal belongings.
The Bathroom Area offers every amenity, such as a toilet, bidet and a large waterfall shower. The round mirror completes the furnishings.

A few minutes away, you reach the Navigli, one of Milan's most colorful neighborhoods and the beating heart of Milanese nightlife. Here you can’t help to stop and wander in the vintage stores, alternative bars or courtyards of the railing buildings that characterize the entire area.
Walking along the Navigli, you'll arrive at the Darsena, an artificial little lake, redeveloped in 2015 during the Expo: this is where a fascinating part of the city unfolds, particularly during sunset.
The nearest supermarkets are Carrefour Express (50 m) and Esselunga (400 m). Nearby the apartment, you will find pleanty of pharmacies, bars, and restaurants. Our favorites in the neighbourhood are:
