The spacious 75 sqm2 apartment is located in the Conciliazione District, which is located near the City Centre and just 5 minutes away from Leonardo da Vinci's renowned "Last Supper".
Located on the second floor of an elegant white Milanese condominium with elevator, the apartment offers a spacious and bright atmosphere suitable for up to 4 guests.

Featuring minimalist white finishes and elegant colors, the apartment is characterised by striking atmosphere thanks to the lights, which are aimed at giving the apartment an elegant and modern style, even in the singular Bathroom Area.

To complete the apartment, there is a spacious terrace overlooking Soresina Street.


• THE SPACE

As soon as you enter the apartment, you will immediately see the unique atmosphere created by the play of colors of the furniture, lights and the beautiful parquet flooring.
At the entrance you will find an atrium in which you can comfortably leave your luggage: from there you will have access to the Living Area, consisting of a soft corner dark-blue coloured sofa, with flat-screen TV. For those who would like to eat in the living room while watching a movie or for those who need to work or study, there is comfortable 4-seater round table.

The elegant Kitchen features glossy white details and is completed with every comfort, such as refrigerator, freezer, oven and a modern induction hob. Of course there is a dining table, with graceful transparent chairs.

The Night Zone offers a large and comfortable King-sized bed, flat-screen TV and spacious closets, in which you can store personal belongings.

The Bathroom Zone offers all kinds of amenities, such as a toilet, bidet and a large walk-in shower. The uniqueness of this area reminds the details of the whole house: the special feature of the two suspended sinks and the pretty white pebbles, along with the large mirror with LED lights, offer a modern and bright perspective.

There is also a spacious terrace, which overlooks Via Soresina.

• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is just a few minutes away from the Cathedral of Santa Maria delle Grazie, home to the unique and inimitable Last Supper, with Leonardo's Vineyard.
If you are an art lover, don't miss the Chiostro delle Rane, built and designed by Bramante, and the Casa degli Atellani, a splendid Renaissance villa.

If you are a science and technology lover or if you are simply curious, don't miss the National Museum of Science and Technology, a popular destination even for children.

The nearest supermarkets are the: U! Whatever! (100 m), Carrefour Express (150 m) and the Viaggiatore Goloso (210 m). Along Corso Vercelli, which is nearby, there are pharmacies, clothing stores, perfumeries, gyms, and a cinema.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants: our favorite places in the neighbourhood are:

• HOW TO MOVE AROUND

The apartment is easily accessible by various means of transportation: the two nearest metro stops are Conciliazione (500 m) and Pagano (650 m).
There are several buses such as lines 58, 61, 65, 68, 90 and tram 16.
The city center can be reached by metro or directly by tram 16 in only 15 minutes.
