The lovely one-bedroom apartment of 50sqm2 overlooks Via Panfilo Castaldi, 5, on the first floor of a quiet Milanese building. The apartment, which offers also a terrace, is located near Piazza della Repubblica and Porta Venezia and it is an excellent choice for those seeking a compromise between comfort, peace in the heart of Milan and proximity to the main points of interest in Milan.

It is suitable to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests and the surroundings are full of Restaurants, Bars, supermarkets and pharmacies for any need.


• THE SPACE

The apartment offers all the comfort you need: after entering the main entrance, you overlook the living area, which features the dining table, sofa bed with TV and a kitchen, complete with dishes, pots and pans, moka machine, kettle, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and freezer.

The sleeping area features a very comfortable King Sized Bed, surrounded by large closets in which you can store belongings and a second TV. There is also access to the terrace from both spaces.

The bathroom, equipped with every comfort such as the bidet, toilet and a relaxing waterfall shower, features marble finishes, which contribute to the elegance of the apartment.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in a very central area: a short walk from the Central Station, the city center and the renowned Quadrilatero della Moda, as well as the innovative Piazza Gae Aulenti and the unique Bosco Verticale.

For those looking for something special and less touristy, just a 5-minute walk will take you to Porta Venezia and the famous Indro Montanelli Gardens, where you can visit the famous Gallery of Modern Art and, for children (and - why not? - adults), the Museum of Natural History and the Planetarium.

Here, in fact, you can admire the essence of Milanese Art Nouveau: the ear-shaped intercom of Casa Sola-Busca, Villa Necchi Campiglio by architect Portaluppi, and Villa Invernizzi, where you can catch a glimpse of pink flamingos.
The apartment is in close proximity to Corso Buenos Aires, as well as from Milan's famous luxury stores in the Fashion Quadrilateral.

The nearest supermarket (Carrefour Express) is only 500 m from the apartment.

The vicinity is full of Bars and Restaurants and Fast Food, catering to every palate and need. Our favorite places in the Quarter are:
- Gelsomina (€€) or Pavé (€€), to start the day with a sweet Italian breakfast;
- PanEVO Terrace (€€€), to enjoy excellent Italian dishes in the midst of an elegant atmosphere;
- Principe Bar (€€), to end the day with an aperitif and a good drink.


• MOVING AROUND THE AREA

The apartment is centrally located and enjoys numerous connections to the rest of the city: just 5 minutes away is Milano Centrale, while the city center can be reached on foot or by metro in just 5 minutes.

The nearest metro stop is Repubblica M3 (yellow line), Centrale M2/M3 and Porta Venezia M1. On the underground, there is also a railway for regional trains.


The trams that run are the 9 and 33, and the nearest bus lines are the 43 and 94.
