The lovely one-bedroom apartment of 40sqm2 overlooks Via Panfilo Nuvolone, 7, on the third floor of a modern and sophisticated Milanese building with an elevator. The apartment is located in the heart of Portello neighbourhood and is an excellent choice for those seeking a compromise between comfort, tranquility in the heart of Milan and proximity to the main points of interest in Milan, even San Siro Stadium and Rho Fiera.
It is suitable to accommodate up to a maximum of 2 guests and the surroundings are full of Restaurants, Bars, supermarkets and pharmacies for any need.
• THE SPACE
The living area consists of the elegant dark-colored kitchen, equipped with induction hob, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator, dishes and cooking utensils - and the comfort area, consisting of a comfortable white two-seater sofa, 4-seater dining table, a mirror and a Smart TV.
From here you can access to the stunning terrace with the glass and wood parapet, from which you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine at the beginning and end of the day.
The sleeping area simply but comfortably presents a double bed, complete with abat-jours on either side of the bed and a safe.
The bathroom area is completed with a sink, mirror, toilet, bidet and a large shower.
The apartment is equipped with ducted central heating and A/C system.
• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located in the heart of the Portello area, within walking distance of the historic Casa del Milan and the iconic Parco Industria Alfa Romeo, with the world's longest bench.
A few minutes from the apartment, you can find Piazza Portello, an open commercial district with a wide selection of stores, pharmacies, restaurants and hypermarkets.
The area is certainly strategic as it is well served by public transportation (trams, buses): the center can be reached in about half an hour, while from the apartment it is possible to reach San Siro and Rho Fiera.
The nearest supermarket (90 m) is only 2 minutes from the apartment, while a 5-minute walk will take you to the Iper hypermarket and Carrefour Express.
The vicinity is full of Bars and Restaurants and Fast Food, catering to every palate and need. Our favorite places in the neighbourhood are:
- Rossano (€), for a good Italian breakfast;
