Contempora Apartments - Palermo 14

The lovely and bright apartment is located in the heart of Brera, Milan's artistic district par excellence, in Via Palermo, 14, on the second floor of a quiet Milanese apartment building with an elevator.

The light-colored apartment offers a bright atmosphere suitable to accommodate up to a maximum of 2 guests. To complete the apartment, there’s also a terrace, which overlooks a quiet street.

Given the strategic location, you can reach the city's main points of interests, such as the Pinacoteca di Brera, Duomo and Castello Sforzesco, within a few minutes' walk. For those who love night life, do not worry! The apartment is just a short walk from Corso Como, one of the centers of Milan's movida.


• THE SPACE

The apartment offers a simple but functional environment: past the entrance, we find the Living Area, with an open kitchen (complete with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes), a comfortable two-seater sofa and a flat-screen TV. In addition, this area features a double bed.

Then we find the Bathroom Area, completed with every amenities, including a sink, a large mirror, toilet, bidet and a relaxing shower.

To top it all off, there is a lovely balcony overlooking a quiet Milanese street.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in the heart of Brera, one of Milan's most beloved neighborhoods: there is certainly no shortage of "life" here, both in terms of art and nightlife.
Just a few minutes' walk away you can reach the fascinating Pinacoteca di Brera, which houses important artistic works in Art History, such as Hayez's "The Kiss."

Due to its central position, within a 10-minute walk or by transportation you can reach major points of interest, such as the majestic Duomo Cathedral, with the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and the Castello Sforzesco.

Walking through the narrow streets of this neighborhood, you can’t help it to encounter small vintage stores, florists and stores of major brands. Walking along Corso Como, you will not struggle to find numerous bars, restaurants, pastry shops and, for nightlife lovers, numerous discos.

At the end of this Corso, you will arrive at Piazza Gae Aulenti, in whose immediate vicinity you can admire the splendid Bosco Verticale.

The nearest supermarket, Carrefour Express, is just 400 m away from the apartment. Nearby there are a plenty of Bars and Restaurants and Fast Food, which cater to every kind of palate and need. Our favorite places in the Quarter are:
o Pandenus (€€), to start the day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast;
o Rovello 18 (€€€), to enjoy excellent Italian dishes;
o N'Ombra de Vin (€€€), a historic place to enjoy great drinks.


• HOW TO MOVE AROUND

The apartment is easily reachable by various means of transportation: the nearest metro stops are Moscova and Lanza (M2, green line).
Surface transportation that passes nearby are trams 2, 4, 12, 14.
