The elegant and spacious apartment overlooks Piazza Argentina 4, in one of the most enjoyable areas of Milan and just a few minutes walk from Corso Buenos Aires, where you can enjoy shopping in the Fashion Capital of Italy.
The three-room apartment, located on the second floor of a peaceful Milanese building with elevator, offers a bright and modern atmosphere, thanks to the fine details and furnishings and, above all, to the comforts offered by the apartment and the neighbourhood.

A few minutes away, you can reach not only numerous and renowned Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants, but also Porta Venezia, the Art Nouveau Neighbourhood and, of course, the City Center.


• THE SPACE

After entering the apartment, you will find an aisle with aestethic pastel green walls, which will lead you to the spacious and bright Living Area, consisting of the comfortable burgundy sofa, the Smart TV and the elegant black kitchen, with kitchen supplies and brand new appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and oven). Of course, you will find a refined round table, where you can enjoy your meals.

The entire space has appreciable brightness, thanks to the arched windows overlooking Piazza Argentina.
From this area, you have access to the terrace and the Sleeping Area, which consists of two modern King Sized bedrooms, each equipped with flat screen television and large wardrobes. There is also a comfortable desk in each room for those who need to work remotely.

The spacious and modern Bathroom, equipped with every comfort and bidet, toilet and a relaxing waterfall shower, is characterized by marble finishes, which give elegance to the whole apartment.
In addition to the central heating and the air conditioning, there is also the Laundry Area, located far from the Sleeping Area, in order to ensure maximum peace and rest.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

With just 5 minutes walking, you can reach Porta Venezia and the famous Indro Montanelli Gardens, where you can visit the famous Gallery of Modern Art and, for children (and - why not? - adults), the Museum of Natural History and the Planetarium.
Here, in fact, you can admire the essence of Milanese Art Nouveau: the ear-shaped intercom of Casa Sola-Busca, Villa Necchi Campiglio and Villa Invernizzi, where you can spot pink flamingos.

The apartment is located along the Shopping Street, Corso Buenos Aires, and with just a few steps, you can reach three supermarkets, such as the Carrefour Express (140 m), PAM (190 m) and LaEsse (300 m) and numerous clothing stores.

The surrounding area is full of bars and restaurants, which cater to all tastes and needs. Our favorite places in the neighbourhod are:
o Toasteria Italiana (€€), to start the day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast in front of the reproductions of the "Primavera" and the "Birth of Venus" by Botticelli;
o Osteria Il Melograno (€€), to taste excellent Milanese and Apulian dishes;
o Nik’s & Co (€€), to end the day with an Italian aperitivo and a good drink.


• HOW TO MOVE AROUND

The apartment is located in one of the most well-connected areas of Milan. Just below the building, you can find the Loreto stop of the Metro M1 (Red line) and M2 (Green line), through which you can easily reach the city center, the Central Station and Cadorna Station.

In addition to the metro, you can also reach the rest of the city by buses 56, 81, 90, 91, 92 and tram 1.
