The apartment with aestethic soft colors is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Città Studi, Piazzale Susa, 14. Located on the fifth floor of an elegant Milanese condominium with elevator, the apartment offers a comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the pastel blue color of the walls, the elegant parquet flooring and the furnishings carefully chosen to welcome you and offer you maximum comfort.
From the lovely balcony in the master bedroom, you can admire the sunsets and the passing of time in Milan.

Nearby, you will find Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants, and in only 20 minutes you can reach the city center.


• THE SPACE

As soon as you enter the apartment, you will immediately see the unique atmosphere created by the play of colors of the furniture, lights and the beautiful parquet flooring.
At the entrance you will find an atrium in which you can comfortably leave your luggage: from there you will have access to the Living Area, consisting of a soft corner dark-blue coloured sofa, with flat-screen TV. For those who would like to eat in the living room while watching a movie or for those who need to work or study, there is comfortable 4-seater round table.

The elegant Kitchen features glossy white details and is completed with every comfort, such as refrigerator, freezer, oven and a modern induction hob. Of course there is a dining table, with graceful transparent chairs.
The Night Zone offers a large and comfortable King-sized bed, flat-screen TV and spacious closets, in which you can store personal belongings.

The Night Area has a double bedroom and refined wooden wardrobes in which to store your personal belongings. The Bathroom Area, however, is complete with every comfort, such as toilet, bidet and a large bath.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in the heart of one of the most peaceful neighbourhoods of Milan: by wandering around, you can admire the eclecticism and the peculiarity of the buildings in the area. In addition to the Art Nouveau villas, there are the pastel-coloured houses of the Villaggio Operaio in Via Lincoln, built in the 1920s to house the professors of the Politecnico (reachable by walking).

Do not miss the colorful facades in Via Balzaretti, 4, where you can find the iconic murals of Toilet Paper Magazine, the magazine created by Piepaolo Ferrari and Maurizio Cattelan.
Even if a little bit “unknown”, by a few minutes walking, you can reach the small "Kremlin of Milan", an Art Deco building originally built as the Institute of Chemistry. Are you asking yourself: why this name? Just admire it from Piazza Leonardo da Vinci and you’ll find out!

The nearest supermarket, Carrefour Express, is just 220 metres away from the apartment. The surroundings are full of Bars and Restaurants, which can cater to every palate and need. Our favorite places in the neighborhood are:
o Fruit&Salad (€€), to start the day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast;
o La Mongolfiera (€€), to taste excellent Italian dishes;
o Bar Sasso (€€€), historic place where they invented the famous Negroni Sbagliato.


• HOW TO MOVE AROUND

The nearest station are Stazione Dateo and the Susa Stop of the newly inaugurated M4 Line, which leads directly to Linate Airport.
You can easily reach the apartment from Stazione Centrale with tram 5, whereas the city centre by can be reached by bus 54 in only 20 minutes.
In addition to these lines, you can move around using buses 61, 90, 91, 93 and tram 5.
