Located on the seventh floor of an elegant Milanese building with elevator, the apartment offers a bright and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the colors and furnishings chosen with care to welcome you and offer you maximum comfort. From the lovely balcony on Via Sidoli, you can admire the sunsets and the flowing of time in the Fashion Capital of Italy.

The nearest supermarket, Carrefour Express, is only 220 meters away from the apartment. Nearby, you can find plenty of Bars and Restaurants, and in only 20 minutes you can reach the City Center.


• THE SPACE

The radiant Living Area welcomes you with a modern open-space, consisting of a comfortable two-seater sofa bed, flat screen television and an elegant black glass dining table. Of course, we can’t miss the stylish kitchen, with white touches and equipped with dishes, cutlery and every appliance (refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas hob).

The Sleeping Area, instead, consists of a large double bed and wide wardrobes and chests of drawers, where you can carefully store your clothes and luggages. For those who may need it, there is also a comfortable desk from which you can work remotely, thanks to the fast Wi-Fi connection.

The Bathroom Area, with elegant details in soft gray, consists of toilet, bidet and a spacious and relaxing waterfall shower.

Thanks to the alternation of beige, white, gray and black colors of the furnishings and the play of lights of the pendant lamps, the apartment offers a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in the heart of one of the most peaceful neighbourhoods of Milan: by wandering around, you can admire the eclecticism and the peculiarity of the buildings in the area. In addition to the Art Nouveau villas, there are the pastel-coloured houses of the Villaggio Operaio in Via Lincoln, built in the 1920s to house the professors of the Politecnico (reachable by walking).

Do not miss the colorful facades in Via Balzaretti, 4, where you can find the iconic murals of Toilet Paper Magazine, the magazine created by Piepaolo Ferrari and Maurizio Cattelan.

Even if a little bit “unknown”, by a few minutes walking, you can reach the small "Kremlin of Milan", an Art Deco building originally built as the Institute of Chemistry. Are you asking yourself: why this name? Just admire it from Piazza Leonardo da Vinci and you’ll find out!

The nearest supermarket, Carrefour Express, is just 220 metres away from the apartment. The surroundings are full of Bars and Restaurants, which can cater to every palate and need. Our favorite places in the neighborhood are:

• HOW TO MOVE AROUND

The nearest station are Stazione Dateo and the Susa Stop of the newly inaugurated M4 Line, which leads directly to Linate Airport.
You can easily reach the apartment from Stazione Centrale with tram 5, whereas the city centre by can be reached by bus 54 in only 20 minutes.

In addition to these lines, you can move around using buses 61, 90, 91, 93 and tram 5.
