It is suitable to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests and the surroundings are full of Restaurants, Bars, supermarkets and pharmacies for any need. The city center, moreover, can be reached directly by the M4 metro in just a few minutes.


• THE SPACE

The apartment, located on the third floor of a quiet Milanese apartment building with an elevator, offers with cozy a space complete with a living area, consisting of a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and the 4-seater white dining table, and a sleeping area, with its comfortable double bed. The two areas are divided by an elegant bookcase.
The kitchen area offers everything needed for your stay, such as dishes, pots and pans, mocha, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator.
The bathroom is equipped with every amenity, such as bidet, toilet, and a relaxing waterfall shower, which contribute to the apartment's elegance.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and central heating and air conditioning.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in the heart of one of the most peaceful neighbourhoods of Milan: by wandering around, you can admire the eclecticism and the peculiarity of the buildings in the area. In addition to the Art Nouveau villas, there are the pastel-coloured houses of the Villaggio Operaio in Via Lincoln, built in the 1920s to house the professors of the Politecnico (reachable by walking).
Do not miss the colorful facades in Via Balzaretti, 4, where you can find the iconic murals of Toilet Paper Magazine, the magazine created by Piepaolo Ferrari and Maurizio Cattelan.
Even if a little bit “unknown”, by a few minutes walking, you can reach the small "Kremlin of Milan", an Art Deco building originally built as the Institute of Chemistry. Are you asking yourself: why this name? Just admire it from Piazza Leonardo da Vinci and you’ll find out!

The nearest supermarkets are only 100 metres away from the apartment. The surroundings are full of Bars and Restaurants, which can cater to every palate and need. Our favorite places in the neighborhood are:
- Loste Cafè (€€), to start the day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast;
- Nonna Maria Osteria Romana (€€), to taste excellent Italian dishes;
- Bar Sasso (€€€), historic place where they invented the famous Negroni Sbagliato.


• HOW TO MOVE AROUND

The nearest station are Stazione Dateo and the Dateo Stop of the newly inaugurated M4 Line, which leads directly to Linate Airport.
You can easily reach the apartment from Stazione Centrale with autobus 60, whereas the city centre by can be reached by bus 60 or metro in only 15 minutes.

In addition to these lines, you can move around by using buses 54, 60, 61, 90, 91 e 154.
