The apartment is located at Via Valtellina, 4, in one of the quietest streets in the Isola district on the fourth and last floor of a quiet Milanese apartment building with lift.

The light-coloured flat offers a bright environment suitable for up to 4 guests and offers every comfort.
It is only a few minutes' walk from Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the Unicredit Tower, Italy's tallest tower, stands. In addition, the Bosco Verticale and the Library of the Trees of Milan (BAM) are located in this area.

The area offers numerous services and restaurants, which to meet the most diverse preferences.
The area is also well connected by public transport: the centre can be reached in just 15 minutes by surface transport or the metro.


• THE SPACE

The flat has a large living area, consisting of a comfortable sofa bed, two sofas, and a flat-screen TV. Separately, we find the kitchen equipped with every convenience, such as a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and induction hob. You can decide to enjoy your meals in the kitchen or in the living area, where there is a four-seater table. The living area consists of a comfortable double bed and there are mirrored wardrobes in which you can store your personal belongings.

The graceful bathroom area consists of a large shower, toilet and bidet.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The flat is located in the Isola district, currently an important residential area easily accessible by public transport, thanks to the presence of several metro stops and suburban railway stations.
A walk to Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the tallest tower in Italy and the peculiar Bosco Verticale stand, is a must. For those who would like to enjoy a panoramic view of Milan, according to certain days and time slots, it is possible to go up to the 38th floor of the Palazzo della Regione Lombardia: from here you can admire the ancient and modern Milan.

On the other hand, if you continue towards Corso Como, you will inevitably come across small vintage shops, florists and major brand shops, as well as numerous restaurants, bars and pastry shops. Nightlife lovers, on the other hand, will appreciate the clubs in the area and the Milanese movida.

Nearby, you can find the supermarket Carrefour Express (450 m), a pharmacy (270 m) and numerous bars and restaurants. Our favourites are:
- L'Ile Douce Milano (€€), an excellent patisserie offering exquisite pastries;
- Gino Sorbillo (€), for excellent pizza;
- Scalo Farini (€), for a good, simple Milanese aperitif.


• HOW TO MOVE AROUND

The apartment is close to several metro stops: Monumentale (M5), Garibaldi (M2, M5 and Passante Ferroviario) and Maciachini (M3). Its proximity to Stazione Garibaldi makes it very convenient, as it can be reached directly by the Malpensa Express from Malpensa Airport.

In addition, several surface lines pass through, such as trams 2, 4, 33 and bus 70.
