THE SPACE
The apartment features charming sloped ceilings that give an intimate and unique atmosphere to every room.
The entrance leads directly into the living room, a bright space furnished with an elegant and comfortable light-colored sofa bed, ideal for relaxing moments or for accommodating extra guests.
The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom, designed to offer maximum organization thanks to a functional mix of open wardrobes (walk-in closet style) and closed cabinets, ideal for neatly storing all personal belongings.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals: it features an induction hob, a traditional oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a comfortable dining table.
The bathroom, modern and functional, is equipped with a spacious shower, a sink, a toilet, and also includes a practical washing machine, excellent for longer stays.

*Important note on accessibility (please read before booking): The building is equipped with an elevator, which takes guests up to the 4th floor.
To reach the attic on the 5th floor, it is necessary to walk up one last flight of stairs. Please take this detail into account in case of very heavy luggage or reduced mobility.
