The one-bedroom apartment offers a living area, consisting of a sofa bed (single), flat-screen TV, 4-seater dining table and a small kitchen, complete with refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, washing machine, dishes and microwave oven. The sleeping area offers, with its iconic blue wall, a comfortable double bed, with two side lamps. The bathroom area is complete with all amenities, such as a mirror, sink, toilet, bidet and an elegant shower.

• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Arco della Pace, close to Milan's green heart, Parco Sempione, and one of Milan's most famous neighborhoods, Brera: there is certainly no shortage of "life" here, both from an artistic and entertainment point of view.
Within a few minutes' walk, it is possible to reach the charming Brera with the renowned Pinacoteca di Brera, which houses pivotal artistic works in the History of Art, such as Hayez's "Il Bacio," and crossing the park it will be possible to reach the fascinating Castello Sforzesco, as well as the city's historic center (Duomo Cathedral, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and Teatro alla Scala).

In addition, you can also reach Chinatown, the Chinese district par excellence: walking along the streets, you will see that that it will be impossible not to try these delicacies and get in touch with Chinese culture.

And do not forget the innovative Citylife Shopping Centre, located in the residential complex where you can admire the Hadid Tower, Libeskind and Isozaki, the second tallest skyscraper in Italy?

The apartment is located in a strategic area: the nearest metro stop is Domodossola (M5, also Railway Station) and Moscova (M2). From these metro stop, you’ll have to either walk or to take a bus/tram.
To reach the city centre, you can walk through Parco Sempione or take tram line 1.

Surface transportation that passes near the apartment are tram 1 and 10 and buses 26, 43, and 57.
