Located on the ground floor, the apartment is an excellent solution for those seeking a compromise between the center and the proximity to the Bocconi University and IED area.
The apartment, modernly furnished, features a living area consisting of an open-space kitchen complete with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, dishes, cooking utensils and refrigerator. The living area offers a sofa (convertible into a sofa bed for 1 person), flat-screen TV, and a high dining table with 4 stools.
The living area leads to the master bedroom, equipped with a flat-screen TV, large closets in which you can store personal belongings, and a comfortable double bed.
The bedroom leads to the elegant bathroom, completed with a large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, towel warmer and mirror.

The area is rich in green areas, such as Parco della Resistenza and Parco Alessandrina Ravizza, and in just 12 minutes it is possible to reach easily Fondazione Prada, the cultural institution created in 1993 by Miuccia Prada and Patrizio Bertelli that hosts permanent and temporary contemporary art exhibitions and the iconic Bar Luce, among the most beautiful bars in Milan in the ‘50s style designed by director Wes Anderson.
The nearest supermarket to the apartment is Esselunga (900 m). The surroundings are full of sports centers, Bars, Restaurants and Supermarkets. Our favorites are:
- Bar Luce (€€€), designed by Wes Anderson and known worldwide for its 1950s and 1960s atmosphere, with juke box and pinball machines;
- L'Anima Del Gusto Restaurant (€€), a seafood restaurant with a cosy atmosphere;
- Santeria Toscana 31 (€€), a cocktail bar where live performances can be enjoyed.
Nightlife lovers will love the proximity to the Navigli and close proximity to Magazzini Generali.
