The spacious two-level apartment is located in the heart of San Cristoforo sul Naviglio in Milan, within a lovely residential complex, equipped with 24-hours conciergerie. The modern and bright apartment features a living area, kitchen area and first bathroom on the lower floor, and on the upper floor it features two finely furnished bedrooms and the second bathroom.

The free on-site parking, the small patio garden with table and the second back garden complete the apartment.


• THE SPACE

The apartment, located on the ground floor, is developed on two levels. The first includes an elegant and spacious living area: the large, dark-colored L-shaped sofa is in front of the Smart TV with sound system, and at the back there is the 6-seat white round dining table. The large windows and mirror give more brightness to the room, setting it in contrast to the elegant parquet flooring.

The living area leads to the elegant white-coloured kitchen, completed with induction hob, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, mixer tap with pull-out shower, coffee maker, kitchenware and utensils, and Dyson vacuum cleaner.
On the same level you can find the first bathroom, equipped with every amenity, such as a large walk-in shower, wall-hung sink, toilet, bidet and electric towel warmer.

Climbing the elegant cantilevered wooden stairs, there is the sleeping area, which consists of two bedrooms: the first features two single beds and a work/study area, for those who might need to work remotely or study, and the second a double bed. The second and final bathroom also features the comfortable waterfall shower, toilet and bidet.

There are also several and spacious closets, a washing machine and dryer, central heating, autonomous air conditioning and a fast Wi-Fi connection.

Completing the apartment there are a small patio with a small table and a backyard.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in the heart of San Cristoforo in Milan, just a few minutes from Via Tortona, the key point of Fashion Week, atelier and venue for numerous national and international events, and the Navigli, the heart of Milan's movida.

Nearby there is a plentiness of parks churches, pharmacies, stores of various kinds, and supermarkets. The nearest supermarkets are 600m and 750m away, while the pharmacy is only 700m from the apartment.

The are also several restaurants and bars, which cater to every needs and taste. Our favourites are:
- Montalcino Caffè (€€), a café-bistro in one of the most beautiful corners of the Naviglio Grande;
- Lars (€€), an excellent Italian bistro in a unique setting;
- UGO Cocktail Bar (€€), renowned in Milan for its drinks in a setting with floral wallpaper and hunting scenes.


• HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA

The city center can be reached directly by tram 2, while buses 47, 74, 90, 91, 95, and 98 can also be used to reach the rest of the city. The nearest metro stop is Romolo (M2).
