Located on the 8th floor and with a breathtaking view of the modern part of Milan, the apartment offers a quiet and bright vibe suitable to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests, and its central location makes it perfect for those traveling to Milan for the first time or for work.


• THE SPACE

Once you pass the entrance hall, you can immediately see the brightness of the apartment: from here you have access to the living area, consisting of the dining room, with the elegant 4-guest glass table and the red-tone kitchen, and the living room, completed with the particular red-and-white striped sofa and flat-screen TV.
The kitchen area is a great option for those who love to cook: it is complete with a gas stove, kettle, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and dishes.
The sleeping area consists of two rooms, prepared in order to ensure maximum comfort: the first room offers a comfortable double bed and a comfortable swinging chair, while the second room, on the other hand, offers two single beds. There is certainly no shortage of mirrors and large closets in which to store one's belongings.

Details in the apartment, such as the alternating red and white stripes, metal knick-knacks and wooden furniture, contribute to the rustic and charming look of the entire house, which is characterized by its simplicity.

The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi connection, central heating, autonomous air conditioning, and a washing machine.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in “Isola”, currently an important residential area easily accessible by public transport, thanks to the presence of several subway and suburban railway stations (Zara, Isola, Garibaldi), and also known for the restaurants and night life.
In a few minutes' walk it is possible to reach Piazza Gae Aulenti, where Italy's tallest tower and the iconic Bosco Verticale stand. Continuing towards Corso Como, it will be inevitable to come across small vintage stores, florists and stores of major brands, but also numerous restaurants, bars and pastry shops.
Nightlife lovers, on the other hand, will appreciate the area's clubs and Milanese movida.

Nearby you can find two supermarkets (250 m, 400 m), a pharmacy open 24/7 (350 m), and numerous bars and restaurants. Our favorites are:

• MOVING AROUND THE AREA

The apartment is located in a strategic area: the nearest metro stop is Isola (M5) and Zara (M3, M5), with which you can reach the Duomo Cathedral in just 10 minutes.
From Garibaldi Station you can take the Malpensa Express, which connects the station directly to Malpensa International Airport in less than an hour.

To reach rest of the city, you can use the Milano Porta Garibaldi railway line, streetcar lines 7 and 33, and buses 60, 90, 91, 92.
