The apartment is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Città Studi, at Piazzale Susa, 14.
Located on the second floor of an elegant Milanese condominium with an elevator, the apartment offers a comfortable environment, you will be greeted by the elegant parquet flooring and the furnishings carefully chosen to offer you maximum comfort.
From the lovely balcony in the living area, you can admire the sunsets and the passing of time in Milan.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants, and with only 20 minutes you can reach the city center (new Blue Metro stop "Susa").

• THE SPACE

At the entrance you will find the Living Area, characterized by a large living room complete with sofas and dining table, the kitchen is complete and equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and also here a small balcony overlooking the city.

The Sleeping Area consists of two bedrooms, the first single (with the possibility of having two beds) complete with a small balcony, and the second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and fine wooden closets in which to store personal belongings.

The Bathroom Area, on the other hand, is complete with every comfort such as toilet, bidet, bathtub and shower; there is also a second service bathroom.
You will for sure be mesmerized by the elegant wooden details and ceiling in the hallway.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in the heart of one of Milan's quietest neighborhoods: walking nearby, you can admire the eclecticism and distinctiveness of the area's buildings. In addition to the Art Nouveau villas, there is no shortage of manicured gardens and pastel-colored houses in the Worker's Village on Via Lincoln, built in the 1920s to house the Politecnico faculty (within walking distance).

Also not to be missed are the color-filled facades at Via Balzaretti, 4, home to the iconic murals of Toilet Paper Magazine, the magazine created by Piepaolo Ferrari and Maurizio Cattelan.
Although little known, a few minutes away is the little "Milan Kremlin," an Art Deco building originally built as the Institute of Chemistry. Why the name? Just admire it from Leonardo da Vinci Square to find out why!

The nearest supermarket, Carrefour Express, is only 220 m from the apartment. The vicinity is full of Bars and Restaurants and Fast Food, catering to every palate and need. Our favorite places in the Quarter are:
o Fruit&Salad (€€), to start the day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast;
o La Mongolfiera (€€), to enjoy great Italian dishes;
o Bar Sasso (€€), a historic venue where they invented the famous Negroni Sbagliato.



• GETTING AROUND THE AREA

The apartment is in close proximity to Dateo Station and the Susa Stop of the newly opened Line M4, which leads directly to Linate Airport.
It is only 15 minutes away from Central Station by streetcar 5, and 20 minutes to the center of the with bus 54.
In addition to the subway and train, it is then possible to get around using buses 61, 90, 91 and 93.
