The spacious and bright 100sqm2 three-bedroom apartment is located in Largo Zanuso 1, on the seventh floor of a modern Milanese building with an elevator.
The apartment is located in the heart of the Portello neighbourhood and is an excellent choice for those looking for a compromise between comfort and proximity to the main points of interest in the center of Milan, but also a strategic point for Rho Fiera, Casa del Milan and the San Siro Stadium.

It is suitable to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests and the surroundings are full of Restaurants, Bars, supermarkets and pharmacies for any need.



• THE SPACE

Once you pass the entrance, you can immediately notice the brightness of the apartment: from here you have access to the living area, consisting of the dining room with its 4-seater black table and the relax area, complete with two comfortable red sofas and flat-screen TV.
From here you have also access to the elegant kitchen with black and white tones, complete with induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and kettle, and also to the spacious terrace.
The sleeping area is distributed over two rooms, prepared in order to ensure maximum comfort: the first room offers a comfortable double bed and area equipped with a desk, for those who need to work or study. The second room, equipped with an en suite bathroom with sink, bidet and toilet, also offers a comfortable double bed.
Along the hallway, you will find a lot closets in which you can store your and a small laundry/storage room.

The apartment also offers two bathrooms: the first is complete with toilet, sink and bathtub, while the second is en suite in the second double bedroom and is complete with sink, towel warmer, bidet and toilet.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, autonomous heating, independent air conditioning, and a washing machine.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in the heart of the Portello area, within walking distance of the historic Casa del Milan and the iconic Parco Industria Alfa Romeo, with the world's longest bench.
A few minutes from the apartment, you can find Piazza Portello, an open commercial district with a wide selection of stores, pharmacies, restaurants and hypermarkets.
The area is certainly strategic as it is well served by public transportation (trams, buses): the center can be reached in about half an hour, while from the apartment it is possible to reach San Siro and Rho Fiera.
The nearest supermarket is only 3 minutes from the apartment.

The vicinity is full of Bars and Restaurants and Fast Food, catering to every palate and need. Our favorite places in the neighbourhood are:
- Portello Caffe Milano Portello (€), for a good Italian breakfast;
- L'immagine Bistrot Ristorante (€€) for sampling typical dishes in a vintage establishment;
- GOS (€€) for a sophisticated cocktail bar.


• MOVING AROUND THE AREA

The apartment is centrally located and it is well connected to the rest of the city.
The nearest metro stop is Portello (lilac line, M5), while the tram lines that run are 1 and 14, and the nearest bus lines are 57, 69, 90, and 91.
