With approximately 100 square meters of space, it is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Milan. The location is enviable, just steps away from two metro lines (Green Line, Moscova and Lilac Line, Monumentale) and offers a spectacular view of the city skyline.

THE SPACE
The apartment opens up to a cozy living room characterized by parquet floors and exposed beam ceilings, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, dining table, and chairs.
The kitchen is thoughtfully organized and fully equipped, featuring gas burners, a refrigerator, a traditional oven, and a microwave, perfect for preparing delicious meals.
The spacious main bedroom is very bright, thanks to large windows, and is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The en-suite bathroom is complete and equipped with a practical shower.
On the second level, there is a second bedroom with a double bed, featuring a sloping ceiling. This room is flooded with natural light and has a private bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for relaxing moments after a day in the city.
The first bedroom serves as a passageway to access the second bedroom on the loft.
