THE SPACE
The spacious and bright loft is developed over two levels. On the ground floor, with independent access, there is a cozy living area equipped with a double sofa bed and two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and fiber Wi-Fi for a fast and stable connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, an oven, and a stovetop, perfect for cooking. Sliding doors separate the kitchen from the living area, maintaining the open-space effect while allowing for a more private environment when needed.
The first of the two full bathrooms on the ground floor features a sink, shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
A beautiful iron and wooden staircase leads to the loft area, where you'll find a double bed, a walk-in closet, and two windows overlooking a charming green courtyard.
The second full bathroom on the upper level is equipped with a bathtub with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet for maximum comfort.
The apartment's location on a low-traffic private street ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Founded in the 4th century, the basilica is a masterpiece of Romanesque architecture, with extraordinary mosaics and historical artifacts.
Additionally, the apartment is just a short walk from the renowned National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci, where you can explore the wonders of engineering and technology.
The area is enhanced by its proximity to the San Giuseppe Hospital and Cadorna Station, which facilitates travel within the city and beyond.
