THE SPACE
Elegant design apartment in the heart of Milan. A long hallway from the entrance leads to a bright, welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a dining table for six, framed by a charming view over the square and the churches of Sant'Eufemia and San Paolo Converso. The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, stove, oven, and ample cabinets, along with a breakfast table for four. From the living room, a hallway opens to a central space connecting the two double bedrooms. The first has a private en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the apartment's private terrace. The second has its own dedicated bathroom just outside the room and a spacious walk-in closet. In total, the apartment offers two full bathrooms plus a guest half-bath, comfortably accommodating six guests.

LOCATION
Corso Italia is one of Milan's most elegant and historic streets, running through the heart of the city center from Piazza Missori toward Crocetta and Porta Lodovica. The area is exceptionally well connected by public transport, with easy access to the city's main attractions and surrounding neighborhoods.
The street is lined with handsome historic buildings that showcase classic Milanese architecture, alongside an excellent mix of shops, cafés, restaurants, and boutiques that keep the area lively throughout the day. Its position is hard to beat: the Duomo di Milano is just a short walk away, placing you within easy reach of Milan's true center.
CONVENIENCES NEARBY
Directly on the Corso you'll find two supermarkets and a pharmacy, making day-to-day life very convenient. The choice of restaurants, bars, and cafés is vast, here are a few of our favorite spots in the neighborhood:
- Al Buon Convento (€): a café and bistro, ideal for starting the day right;
- Via Pasteria (€€): specializing in freshly made pasta, with a wide selection of dishes prepared from high-quality ingredients;
- Dal Bolognese (€€€): a refined restaurant serving traditional Italian cuisine, with a focus on classic recipes from the Emilia-Romagna region.
The neighborhood is exceptionally well served by public transport, making it easy to move around the city. Several metro stations are within walking distance, along with numerous bus and tram stops offering frequent connections to surrounding neighborhoods and the city's main attractions.

I remind you that Area C is active in central Milan every day, including weekends and holidays, from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Once you have gained access, you need to activate the Entry Ticket, which can be purchased for €7.50 at all tobacconists or €4.50 in affiliated parking lots. Electric vehicles are exempt from paying for Area C.
