THE SPACE
Step into a bright and stylish living room, where a comfortable sofa (that easily converts into a bed) invites you to relax. The space is completed by a large flat-screen TV and a round dining table, ideal for sharing convivial dinners with family or friends. All of this is framed by the charming view of the square just in front of Sant’Eufemia and San Paolo Converso churches, adding a unique sense of place to the experience.
The separate kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. A table for six offers the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet breakfast or a quick snack.
A hallway leads to the master bedroom, featuring a double bed and a practical walk-in closet. A large window bathes the room in natural light and offers a delightful view over a charming square framed by two historically significant buildings, Sant’Eufemia and San Paolo Converso churches.
The main bathroom includes a toilet, bidet, sink, and a bathtub with a glass shower screen—blending comfort and functionality.
The second double bedroom overlooks a quiet internal courtyard and a large terrace, where a table invite you to sit back and enjoy the calm—offering a peaceful and intimate atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day in the city.

LOCATION
Corso Italia is one of Milan's most elegant and historic streets, running through the heart of the city center from Piazza Missori toward Crocetta and Porta Lodovica. The area is exceptionally well connected by public transport, with easy access to the city's main attractions and surrounding neighborhoods.
The street is lined with handsome historic buildings that showcase classic Milanese architecture, alongside an excellent mix of shops, cafés, restaurants, and boutiques that keep the area lively throughout the day. Its position is hard to beat: the Duomo di Milano is just a short walk away, placing you within easy reach of Milan's true center.

CONVENIENCES NEARBY
Directly on the Corso you'll find two supermarkets and a pharmacy, making day-to-day life very convenient. The choice of restaurants, bars, and cafés is vast, here are a few of our favorite spots in the neighborhood:
- Al Buon Convento (€): a café and bistro, ideal for starting the day right;
- Via Pasteria (€€): specializing in freshly made pasta, with a wide selection of dishes prepared from high-quality ingredients;
- Dal Bolognese (€€€): a refined restaurant serving traditional Italian cuisine, with a focus on classic recipes from the Emilia-Romagna region.

The neighborhood is exceptionally well served by public transport, making it easy to move around the city. Several metro stations are within walking distance, along with numerous bus and tram stops offering frequent connections to surrounding neighborhoods and the city's main attractions.

I remind you that Area C is active in central Milan every day, including weekends and holidays, from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Once you have gained access, you need to activate the Entry Ticket, which can be purchased for €7.50 at all tobacconists or €4.50 in affiliated parking lots. Electric vehicles are exempt from paying for Area C.
