The living area features a round dining table, a two-seater sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for moments of relax. This room transforms into a cozy sleeping area thanks to a foldable double bed, optimizing the space for maximum comfort.
The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, combination oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine.
The bathroom is complete with all modern comforts, including a shower, bidet, toilet, and a spacious sink with a cabinet.

THE LOCATION
Via Borgonuovo is a street located in the heart of Milan, between Via Monte di Pietà and Via Fatebenefratelli. Less than 400 meters long, it is one of the most elegant streets rich in historical buildings in the city. The neighborhood it resides in, the renowned Brera, is known for its picturesque and sophisticated atmosphere, characterized by charming period buildings, art galleries, high-end boutiques, and refined restaurants.
This location offers easy access to numerous points of interest in the city, including the Quadrilatero della Moda, famous for its luxury boutiques, and the renowned Teatro alla Scala, which attracts opera and music enthusiasts from around the world. Just a short walk away is also the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a symbol of Milan and an ideal spot for shopping and aperitifs.
Via Borgonuovo is well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore other attractions in the city, such as the Duomo di Milano and the Sforza Castle. The area is also rich in historic cafes and traditional restaurants where you can savor Milanese cuisine.

Metro: the nearest metro station is "Duomo" (lines M1 and M3), just a few minutes' walk away. The "Montenapoleone" station (line M3) is also easily accessible.
Bus: several bus lines serve the area, with stops nearby connecting Brera to other parts of the city (85 and 94).
