THE SPACE
Upon entering at ground level, guests are welcomed into a bright and spacious open-plan area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a peninsula counter and stools, an induction cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and ample cabinetry for convenient storage.
The adjoining living area features a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a large bookshelf suitable for storing personal items or reading material.
The bathroom is divided into two functional spaces: one with a sink and window, and another with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet.
A staircase leads to the mezzanine level, which houses the sleeping quarters. This area includes two separate sleeping spaces, each furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, offering both privacy and comfort.

THE LOCATION
The location of this apartment is very strategic, with excellent connections via surface transport and the metro, and it is within walking distance of Garibaldi station, making it easy to travel around the city and to other destinations. Nearby are some of the cool neighborhoods in Milan. Chinatown, recently modernized, offers a unique experience, with pleasant walks between historic shops, stores, and restaurants offering a variety of Asian cuisines. In the evening, the area comes alive with a wide selection of pubs and karaoke nights. Just a short distance away are Corso Como and the charming Piazza Gae Aulenti, known for its futuristic structures and surrounding park, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Finally, the Isola district, once popular and named for its connection via bridges, is now a vibrant and ever-evolving center, known for its bohémien charm and artistic atmosphere, and is home to the famous Blue Note.
