Overlooking the valley, enjoy your loved ones in a spacious and tranquil environment. Well exposed to the sun, unlike houses lower in the valley, the apartment is located a few turns above the center of the village, in a private and silent road from busy St Moritz, with indoor parking spaces 100m away. Close to ski facilities, as well as summer and winter paths like Heidi's flower trail.

Enjoy being amongst the first in the valley to be kissed by the sun at breakfast. This is Munt Sulaj, the "sunny mountain" in local dialect.

The spacious 2-piece living room has a balcony with great views over the valley and will give everybody enough space to play, relax (TV & Wi-Fi internet) and enjoy joyful meals prepared in a fully-equipped electric kitchen (induction stoves, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer).

4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are laid out in 2 separate quarters, ideal for some privacy.
On one side a spacious bedroom with double bed and a balcony overlooking the valley, another spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, a bunk bed and plenty of space to work & play; a windowed bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub with shower; and a separate toilet room with a sink.
One the other side, a bedroom with double bed and a balcony overlooking the valley; another bedroom with a murphy bunk bed (2 single beds); a windowed bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub with shower; and a separate toilet room with a sink.

The 2 indoor parking spaces are located 100 meters away (garage door height 207cm), but you can drive to the building to load & unload. A third parking space may be rented with due notice.

You will also have access to:
- the private ski-room of the apartment, located next to the elevator, where to store and dry your gear
- the elevator service that stops a few steps lower (or higher) than the apartment door
- the building's common laundry room with dryers

The house is located in a quiet private road, a few turns above the center of the village. Even though we recommend to arrive by car to easily reach the closest grocery store and so on, it is possible to walk to the village (15 mins by foot vs. 2 mins by car) through "Via da l'Alp", a well kept pedestrian walkway and staircase.

For skiing, Chantarella is the closest funicular stop to reach Corviglia. It's a 7-10 minute warm-up walk through the last part of via Tinus, a limited traffic road with a great view of the valley. At Chantarella you can buy your ski-passes and rent your skis either here or directly at Corviglia.

From Chantarella, you can take either the renowned Heidi's Flower Trail, or walk to Salatrains to find baby slopes, ski schools and a couple of nice restaurants/cafes.
