Terms and conditions
The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card transmitted as a guarantee by pre-authorising the amount of the total stay. The transaction constitutes a temporary block of the amount.
In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation after the time provided for by the policy or in case of no-show, a penalty equal to the first night of stay shall be charged.
On the day of arrival in the flat, the structure will process the actual charge of the total amount of the overnight stay and of the tourist tax foreseen by the municipality of destination, if in force, and will pre-authorise the credit card for the amount of the security deposit equal to € 350,00* - **.
- The PREPAID - NON REFUNDABLE RATE will be charged for the total amount of the stay, at the moment of the reservation.
Reservations cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded.
The penalty in the above cases or in case of no-show is 100% of the amount paid.

- For LONG TERM STAYS it is required the signature of a commitment stating the conditions defined in the offer of the stay and the balance of the first month of stay plus the deposit of € 2.000,00.
In case of cancellation of the stay, the first monthly payment will not be refunded.
Subsequent monthly payments will be paid in advance.
The terms of negotiation shall be deemed extended by tacit renewal for the following period of 29 days from the scheduled departure date. The actual date of departure must be communicated in writing within 29 days prior to this date. Tourist tax is payable for the first 14 days of your stay.
*The flat-rate amount requested as a deposit is to cover any damage caused in the flat. On departure the actual state of the property will be checked. The quantification of the eventual damages will be subsequently communicated.
** For some flats a higher security deposit may be required.
Standard Service Package:
· Service of reception and custody.
· WiFi Internet
· Flat screen TV with SKY and digital TV.
· Heating and A / C central.
· Cleaning service twice a week / apartment reorganization and emptying bins daily.
· Bed linen changed once per week / towels.
Additional Equipment:
· Laundry Service.
· Underground parking with direct access to the residence.
· Sofa bed to accommodate additional guests and packages people.
