ToiletPaper Living Canonica

In the heart of one of Milan's quietest neighborhoods, we find the world's first ToiletPaper Living concept space: the entire loft, in fact, features the iconic concept designed by contemporary artist Maurizio Cattelan and photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari, in collaboration with Seletti.

The apartment will allow you to live first hand in a unique and unprecedented environment: you will find it fun, provocative, eccentric and deviant at the same time.
The inspirations for the entire collection, without a doubt, come from fashion and advertising, which, combined with surreal images and commercial photographs, create an eclectic atmosphere. There is, of course, no shortage of iconic images from ToiletPaper magazine.

The strategic location makes it a few minutes' walk to the city's main points of interest, such as the Brera Art Gallery, Chinatown, Arco della Pace and Parco Sempione.
The apartment, furthermore is just minutes away from Corso Como, one of the hearts of Milan's movida and Seletti store.


• THE SPACE

Past the entrance, you will be amazed by the uniqueness of the house: by entering the bright master bedroom, surrounded by the very famous wallpapers (such as "The Lady Baby," "Donald Trumpet," "Beauty is Nothing," and "Family Portrait"), you cannot help but look at every detail, including the sky-papered ceiling. In the center you will find an iconic and comfortable King-Sized Bed, with the eccentric spaghetti motif and numerous pieces of furniture, armchairs and rugs, which create a unique and untried atmosphere.

As you follow the bright yellow hallway (echoing the iconic polka-dotted "SHIT" collection), you will notice right away the striking mirrors and how in any corner of the house there is a little piece of Cattelan and Ferrari genius.
The bright blue Bathroom Zone features all the signature ToiletPaper details (with the iconic "SHIT" in the shower).
Let's not forget a must-have in every home, the Kitchen, which echoes the spaghetti concept of the King-Sized bed. Here we find any comfort, such as a refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee machine and dishwasher.

Being located on the ground floor within a quiet and peaceful Ringhiera building, the apartment is in the context of pure tranquility and privacy.


• THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located close to the Brera district, one of Milan's most beloved neighborhoods: there is certainly no shortage of "life" here, both in terms of art and entertainment.
Just a few minutes' walk away you can reach the fascinating Pinacoteca di Brera, which houses important artistic works in Art History, such as Hayez's "The Kiss."
It is also close to the triumphant Arco della Pace and Parco Sempione, Milan's green lung par excellence.

Heading toward Corso Como, you can’t help it to encounter small vintage stores, florists and stores of major brands, such as Seletti. Walking along this street, you will not struggle to find numerous bars, restaurants, pastry shops and, for nightlife lovers, numerous discos.
At the end of this Corso, you will arrive at Piazza Gae Aulenti, in whose immediate vicinity you can admire the splendid Bosco Verticale.

Heading towards Corso Como, it is inevitable to come across small vintage stores, florists and stores of major brands, including the Seletti Store. Walking along this street, you will not struggle to find numerous bars, restaurants, pastry shops and, for nightlife lovers, numerous discos.
At the end of this Corso, you will arrive at Piazza Gae Aulenti, in whose immediate vicinity you can admire the splendid Bosco Verticale.

The nearest supermarket, Carrefour Express, is just 350 m from the apartment. The vicinity is full of Bars and Restaurants and Fast Food, which cater to every kind of palate and need. Our favorite places are:
