Just a short stroll from De Angeli, Amendola, and Buonarroti metro stations, this elegant retreat is ideally located for exploring Milan's attractions, as well as Fiera Milano City, City Life, and downtown Corso Vercelli. Spanning three floors, the villa features six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a spacious dining room.

Step into a luminous entrance adorned with Venetian stucco, a glass door, and decorative neo-classical metal bars. The ground floor includes the inviting living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and laundry facilities:

- The living room boasts exquisite chinoiserie wallpaper and a fireplace, providing a lovely view of the private garden and its magnificent magnolia tree. With comfortable seating and a Smart TV, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.
- The dining room, also featuring Venetian stucco, is equipped with an 8-seater table and a fireplace. Its wide entrance can be closed with sliding doors, making it ideal for meal preparation and cleanup.
- The expansive kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with six burner gas hobs, an oven, microwave, spacious fridge with freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster—perfect for preparing delightful meals on special occasions.
- Outside, the garden features an outdoor dining table surrounded by majestic magnolia trees, palms, peonies, azaleas, and more, creating a serene atmosphere for al fresco dining.

First Floor: this level includes two inviting bedrooms with double beds, a cozy study with a sofa bed, and a recently renovated bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.Second and Top Floor:

The upper level offers one bedroom with a double bed and a fireplace, two additional bedrooms with single beds (both with a connecting balcony), and a bathroom featuring a bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet.

Basement: a well-equipped laundry room includes a washer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

You will have exclusive access to all spaces within the villa. We are dedicated to ensuring your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We will greet you in person at check-in, provide a comprehensive house tour, and remain available throughout your visit to assist with anything you may need.

Our lovely neighbors and the surrounding houses, each with their own gardens, create a green oasis in the city. Within a short walk, you will find essential shops (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) and vibrant shopping streets filled with restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, and cultural venues like Teatro Nazionale and local cinemas (via Marghera, Corso Vercelli, via Ravizza). For an exciting outing, the City Life shopping district, with its cinemas and attractions, is just a 10-minute walk away.

Conveniently located, the nearest metro stops are De Angeli (5 minutes walk), Amendola and Buonarroti (both 10 minutes walk). From De Angeli, you can reach the iconic Duomo in approximately 15 minutes, while Navigli can be accessed within 25 minutes.
